In 1892, Milan Giuseppe Sartori opened a tie shop frequented by the city’s most sophisticated clientele. Sartori took that very important first step, marking the birth of a company that now has a hundred and twenty years of history behind it and has seen four generations of his family take over the helm.

After concentrating his production on scarves and ties, with the turn of the century Altea launched the total look in menswear and ladieswear.It’s previous experience represents a plus, Altea’s know-how in printing fabrics and incombining colours is a fundamental feature defining what marks Altea’s collections:a creative playing in the combination of garments and accessories.
