The Vicenza-based maison reinforces its presence in Japan with the opening of its first Boutique

Vicenza, February 2018 – On Friday 30 March 2018, ZANELLATO, the luxury Made in Italy brand famed for its iconic Postina, Nina and DUO bags, will open its first Boutique in Tokyo. The 60 square metre store is located in the luxurious Tokyo Midtown in the vibrant Roppongi district. The interior of the new Boutique features the new retail format developed by ZANELLATO and inspired by the rigorous but extremely versatile geometry of Mondrian’s works. Elegant geometrical lines in galvanized metal in an exclusive burnished colour designed especially for the maison and finished by hand, run along the mirrored walls in a refined formal composition. The unique layout allows for endless customization while still maintaining a well-defined, immediately recognizable identity, in line the philosophy of the brand founded by Franco Zanellato, which season after season, presents iconic bags with recognizable shapes made unique by innovative colour and material combinations.
In an elegantly modern setting the Tokyo Boutique will carry the Vicenza maison’s men’s and women’ collections, all with meticulous attention to detail and choice of materials, all Made in Italy and selected personally by Franco Zanellato.
