1961年、南イタリアの代表的な避暑地カプリ島を拠点にサンダルの制作を始めたLuciano Tesorone氏は当時日常履きであったサンダルをエレガントでクリエイティブなものへと進化させました。
その後、1985年にはテゾローネ社を設立し、『イル サンダロ オブ カプリ』のブランドをスタート。
